I made this batch with tapioca flour instead of using corn starch or the very expensive kuzu.
Very Rich Chocolate Pudding
In a pan whisk, then cook over medium heat stirring constantly until thick:
5 egg yolks
2+1/4 cups milk
2 tablespoons tapioca flour
1/2 cup sugar
Add:
4 oz dark chocolate
2 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons vanilla
pinch salt
Serve chilled. It would be amazing with raspberries!!
